Good value, quiet 3 star hotel. Neat and bright unit with really comfy double bed, a comfy mattress, for instance. The service was amazing here. The family feel of the property. Magnificent and incredible location near Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium.
Quite small room.

Wow, the breakfast was smashing, with a full English served by lovely hosts who were ever so accommodating. The family room was massive and super clean, just perfect for our needs. Plus, being so close to amazing places like Munchys Cafe and Trecco's Takeaway really took the cake!

I almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't. The sewage smell in the bathroom was unbearable, and I suspect bleach doesn't mask it well. I was also highly disappointed to not receive a room upgrade for the inconvenience. I suppose my request for a first-floor room just slipped their mind.

Lovely hosts. The family room was spacious, and breakfast was tailored to our kids' preferences. Plus, it's only a 5-minute walk to the Promenade, perfect for family fun!
For dads, it would be great to have designated play areas for kids.

Had a fab time, the owners were dead friendly, couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast was boss, proper filling. Only downside was the lack of parking, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Would definitely come back again!

Super comfy stay!
The owners, Kev and Heidi, were super chill. The room was mega cozy and had this nice, clean vibe. Breakfast? Wow, couldn't get enough, just kept asking for more! Just wish there was more nearby parking since it was tricky to find a spot sometimes.

great stay but minor parking issues
The breakfast options were fantastic. The hosts treated us like family, often checking in to ensure we were satisfied. Our room was vividly decorated and very comfortable. I also enjoyed trying the local dining options that the hosts recommended.
We struggled a bit with parking as spaces were limited.
